Every artist should be able to get at least 5 of their closest people to watch them perform. If you are having difficulties with this let us know NOW. There is no shame in this but we can get this fixed if you allow us to put in the work together.

Show up on time.

We cannot afford to have late performers.

8pm Doors Open. Performances start at 8:30pm 

Late artists will not be allowed to perform.

Tight Security. Everyone will be searched.

You came to perform and network. Everything else is secondary. 

Getting overly drunk and high leaves the wrong impression to your future fans and business partners. Drink and smoke responsibly.

We are not searching for anyone. If your name is called, you should be ready to go on stage.

1 - 2 Songs Walk Ins (If there is time)

Artist cannot perform longer than their allocated set times.

If we can fill venue early there may be extra time to give out. 

​

You will be contacted with your estimated performance time slot. This may be subject to change. 

​

We need artists available the entire duration of the show. You may be first and you may be last. It depends on how the show goes. Refunds will not be paid out if the artist walks off the show. 

​

Hype Man is recommended. 

First impression is everything. You need someone to work the crowd while you deliver your song. It's optional but it truly helps if you have someone backing your lyrics and boosting the crowd up.

Stay after you perform.

Out of respect for each artist we are asking fellow artists to stick around until the show is over. There is plenty of networking to be done. You miss out if you pack up and leave. You may not get another chance to perform if you head out early. Keep this in mind.

Do not risk a relationship by posting damaging content. You never know who is watching. Your customers are watching, Your potential business partners are watching. Let's handle differences respectfully rather than let emotions run all over the internet.
